Target audience
Students (9-14 years) and their teachers.
Format
SCORM-compliant interactive slides with integrated media resources, practical exercises, and group projects.
Collaborators
Gen+: written content, activity prototyping.
Agency of None: graphic design and motion graphics.
Product
The product is a program built around nine key meta-skills that help navigate life’s challenges and achieve success in learning, work, and beyond: adaptability communication collaboration organisation resilience critical thinking creativity initiative leadership.
Raccoons' input
Processed the materials provided by the customer and picked the best formats to be used in the programmes;
Produced interactive slides in accordance to the programme plan, the LMS and accessibility requirements;
Integrated the existing media and graphic assets and developed the lacking ones.
Project highlights
Accessibility
Developed materials fully comply with the WCAG 2.1 standard ensuring accessibitiy for all learners: every on-screen element includes alternative text; background and text contrast are carefully checked; objects are differentiated by shape, color, and position; and one can easily go through a lesson using just one button on a keyboard.
Lightweight assets
To accommodate low internet speeds in schools, all PNG images were compressed to a maximum of 100 KB, multimedia files (audio/video) were replaced with web objects, and file sizes were carefully optimized when creating activities.

Project highlights
Diversity and inclusivity
To ensure diversity and inclusivity in our animated scenario videos, we designed 16 unique characters representing a wide range of backgrounds, ages, ethnicities, and professional roles. Each character was thoughtfully crafted to reflect real-world diversity, making the learning experience more relatable and inclusive.
Additionally, we carefully selected distinct voices for each character, ensuring a variety of accents, speech patterns, and tones to enhance authenticity and engagement. This approach helps create a rich, immersive learning experience where learners can see and hear perspectives that resonate with their own experiences while also being exposed to different viewpoints.

Complex project coordination
Managing input from numerous stakeholders posed a coordination challenge. Through structured communication, phased reviews, and a streamlined decision-making process, we ensured efficient collaboration, delivering a high-quality learning experience on time.

Projects don’t build themselves! Let’s pull back the curtain and introduce the team and the way we work.
Meet the crew behind the magic!
Our in-house team is a vibrant mix of masterminds:
A project manager who keeps the chaos in check
An instructional design lead with a vision
Curious instructional designers
Pixel-perfect graphic designers
Tech-savvy e-learning developers
Motion designers/video editors who bring our stories to life
Eagle-eyed QA pros
And content managers who keep everything crisp and clear
Working as one tight-knit squad means no lost context, no crossed wires, and way more creative synergy. Unlike solo specialists or generalists, we collaborate daily, speak the same language (and a few inside jokes), and move faster because we move together.
Frameworks that guide us
We blend structure with creativity. While ADDIE is our go-to framework for guiding projects from idea to impact, we don’t stick to just one model. Depending on the goals, audience, and format, we also draw from backward design, action mapping, and SAM to keep learning focused, relevant, and engaging. Our approach is flexible but always intentional – we choose the right tools and models to match the challenge, not the other way around.
Our digital toolbox
We mix and match our favorite tools like curious raccoons rummaging through a shiny pile of tech treasures. Whether we’re crafting crisp interactions, animating big ideas, or polishing pixels, these are our favorite tools that help us make the magic happen:
Articulate Rise and Storyline – for smooth, interactive course experiences.
After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Character Animator – for motion, emotion, and story-driven videos.
Audition – for crisp sound, clear voices, and audio that hits all the right notes.
Illustrator and Photoshop – for pixel-perfect visuals and seamless learner journeys.
Miro – to map ideas, plan smart, and stay wildly organized.
We’re tool-flexible, learner-focused, and always up for trying something new – especially if it makes learning more awesome.
P.S. Just a heads-up – this portfolio was created in Articulate Rise, one of the easiest tools out there. Now, picture what we could do with all our skills and experience to make your e-learning shine!
